Take it with a pinch of salt...

So before we get into it, I thought it was worth sharing a few thoughts to keep in mind when digesting this blog:
I personally find food blogs with long life stories a real ball ache when trying to just look for the goddamn recipe. Not everybody wants to read about that time you went hiking across Western Europe/the foothills of mount Tibidabo or some hashtag eat pray love experience. Some of my recipes do have a back story a.k.a "anecdote", some don't. Either way, you can skip to the ingredients or recipe section in peace using the blue hyperlinks. You are welcome.
Where I have been inspired by other recipes, I include them in a references section at the bottom. Here, the voices of university lecturers still haunt me: remember, cite your sources people.
Thoughts and ideas are welcome - even calling me out on grammatical/spelling errors. Hit me.
My doodles are obviously not to scale and objects are unlikely to have a precise ratio relative to each other in terms of size. I haven't really drawn since Art GCSE so go easy on me please.
I can't be bothered to draw vegetable/olive oil in every doodle -sorry.
